Watana: Another ruling awaitsRetired engineer Watana Pumret, earlier convicted for last year's Phramongkutklao Hospital blast, was yesterday given an additional jail term of 26 years and six months in another bomb attack case. The bomb went off about half an hour later severely injuring Pol Sen Sgt Maj Jiradech Atthaphong and Pol Cpl Wicha Tharasunthon, said the ruling. He admitted all charges pressed against him over the Sept 27-30, 2007 attack, said the ruling. With rulings in six cases having been handed down, Watana faces a total prison term of 111 years and six months and there is still one more case awaiting a ruling in the lower court. The bomb went off and injured one victim.
